Virtual ADHD Therapy in Florida and Wisconsin

Supporting Individuals, Couples, and Families across the Lifespan

Clarity. Connection. Change.

ADHD can touch every part of life—work, school, relationships, even self-worth. I provide telehealth ADHD therapy that helps children, teens, adults, and families understand how their brains work and feel more in control. I combine decades of ADHD coaching with therapy training to help you create lasting change that fits your life.

With 27 years of experience as an ADHD coach and clinical training as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I combine practical strategies with emotional insight to help you achieve lasting change. Every session is designed to bring relief, confidence, and momentum—no travel required.

I offer virtual therapy and ADHD coaching for individuals, couples, and families across Wisconsin and Florida. Each service is designed to meet patients where they are—supporting personal growth, emotional well-being, and stronger relationships through secure telehealth sessions.

Couples Therapy & ADHD Relationships

ADHD symptoms can sometimes create distance or frustration in relationships. Couples therapy helps partners rebuild trust, understand one another’s experiences, and reconnect through empathy-based communication and practical tools. These sessions are for any couple—whether ADHD is part of the picture or not.

Support That’s Practical, Personal, and Built for Change

My work combines therapy and ADHD coaching to support individuals, couples, and families through emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges — helping each person make authentic, lasting progress.

While I specialize in ADHD and relationships, I also provide therapy and coaching for a wide range of needs, including but not limited to trauma, personality dynamics, grief, family conflict, and major life changes. Every session is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward the life you want to create.

What Makes ADHD Solutions Unique

I work exclusively with ADHD—and have for nearly three decades. My background bridges coaching and therapy, allowing me to tailor interventions that fit how the ADHD brain actually operates. I blend clinical insight with structured, compassionate guidance that helps you feel seen and capable, not “broken” or “lazy.”

Whether you’re navigating ADHD for yourself, your partner, or your child, therapy is a safe place to rebuild trust in yourself and create a calmer, more connected life.

Serving Wisconsin and Florida

As a telehealth-only practice, I see clients across Wisconsin and Florida—from Milwaukee to Madison, Tampa to Orlando.

Wherever you are, your sessions are secure, private, and convenient.

Therapy is work, and it’s difficult work. You are challenging core beliefs in therapy. You are digging into yourself, seeing brand new things, seeing familiar old things in new ways. You have to digest. Process. It takes energy. It takes courage and strength.

And if it sometimes leaves you feeling tired and tender, then rest in knowing you are doing the hard work…of growing.
