Understand Your Brain — And Your Next Step

Many individuals live for years without realizing that attention, focus, or motivation struggles are rooted in ADHD or executive function challenges. A professional ADHD assessment brings clarity, validation, and a clear plan for support.

At ADHD Solutions, I provide comprehensive ADHD testing online — designed to evaluate not only ADHD symptoms but also mood, executive functioning, and related conditions. This ensures an accurate, holistic understanding of your strengths and needs.

Fee: $900 (Flat-rate, private-pay)
Insurance typically does not cover formal ADHD testing by LMFTs. I do not bill insurance for this service.

A Good Faith Estimate is provided before testing, as required by the No Surprises Act.

What’s Included in the ADHD Testing Process

1. ADHD Symptom Measurement

  • CAARS-2 (Conners Adult ADHD Rating Scale, 2nd Edition) or Conners 4th Edition (ages 6–18) — the gold standard in ADHD assessment.

2. Executive Function Evaluation

  • CEFI (Comprehensive Executive Function Inventory) — measures organization, attention, impulse control, and self-monitoring.

3. Emotional and Behavioral Screening

  • POMS-2 (Profile of Mood States) or Conners CBRS (ages 6–18) — identifies mood and energy-related issues that may mimic ADHD.

4. Interpretation and Recommendations

  • Every test is professionally scored, reviewed, and interpreted. Together, we’ll develop a treatment plan — whether that includes therapy, coaching, medication referral, or academic/workplace support.

5. Written Summary Report

  • You’ll receive a written report with results and personalized recommendations, suitable for sharing with prescribers, employers, or educators.
