ADHD Therapist Serving Wisconsin and Florida
Virtual ADHD Therapy for Adults, Couples, and Families
Iām Mikayla T. Phan, MA, LMFT, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing virtual ADHD therapy for individuals, couples, and families across Wisconsin and Florida struggling with overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, relationship stress, and chronic follow-through difficulties.
My Professional Background
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years as a Life Coach and ADHD Coach, researching and working exclusively with one condition: Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). That experience gave me firsthand insight into how deeply ADHD can affect confidence, relationships, emotional regulation, organization, and everyday functioning over time. This foundation allows me to help individuals, couples, and families address the emotional and relational patterns that often develop after years of feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, disorganized, or mentally overloaded. My work centers on helping individuals, couples, and families address relationship patterns, strengthen emotional awareness, and develop executive functioning tools that truly align with the ADHD brain.
Education and Professional Recognition
My clinical education and training focused heavily on family systems, relationship dynamics, communication loops, and long-term behavioral change within individuals, couples, and families. I graduated from Northcentral Universityās School of Behavioral and Social Sciences with a 4.0 GPA and was inducted into Delta Kappa, the International Marriage and Family Therapy Honor Society.
