Rates and Payment Information
Virtual therapy and ADHD coaching services are available to residents of Wisconsin and Florida through secure telehealth. Below are details on rates, insurance, and payment policies.
Therapy & Coaching Session Rates
For individual, pre-marital, couples, parenting, or family therapy, the rate is $180 per session.
Payment is due at the end of each session.
For a comprehensive ADHD testing package, the flat rate is $900.

Payment Options
I accept major credit and debit cards as well as HSA/FSA cards for payment.
Electronic checks are not accepted. Automated payments can be set up through the patient portal at the time of registration for convenience.

Insurance
I currently accept limited forms of insurance for Wisconsin and Florida residents.
It is the patient’s responsibility to verify whether their plan is accepted by ADHD Solutions.
Because only select plans are covered, many patients choose to self-pay and submit a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may be charged at the full session rate.
