Insurance

I currently accept limited forms of insurance for Wisconsin and Florida residents. It is patient's responsibility to check if their insurance plan is accepted by ADHD Solutions, as there is a limit to which insurance plans ADHD Solutions accepts at this time. Superbills may be provided for patients to submit to their insurance company for Out of Network reimbursement.

Payment

I accept all major credit/debit cards or HSA cards as forms of payment. I do not accept electronic checks. For patients wishing to pay with credit/debit card, automated payments can be arranged when signing up through my patient portal.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
